NFS-Ag are a family owned company that were established in the early 1990s. NFS-Ag have grown significantly from its initial contract spraying service to a business offering a complete and diversified agricultural solutions to north-west New South Wales farmers. The team at NFS-Ag were finding it difficult to manage its various advertising and marketing needs and dealing with numerous advertising representatives was time consuming and challenging in maintaining consistent branding and messaging across each medium.

JAM Media was employed to create consistent brand messaging and manage the advertising across all mediums including TV, radio, direct mail, email marketing, website and print. We redefined their branding slogan and implemented an advertising strategy that kept this consistent throughout. A 30 second television commercial was implemented to grow awareness of the NFS-Ag product offering and brand, including a corporate branding message to help change the perception of the company. We designed the company's brochure and managed its distribution via direct mail throughout New South Wales. We brought the NFS-Ag team to digital life by building their first responsive website. This included their first online shop using the ecommerce platform, Shopify. We also created an email marketing strategy and branded email marketing (eDM) template as well as established their social media channels.

As a result of the JAM efforts, we raised brand awareness and understanding of the NFS-Ag brand and product offering and increased new business and website enquiries.
